The O-Shot®

If intimacy has changed — sensation, desire, comfort, or a leak with every laugh — you are not imagining it, and you are far from alone.

Women commonly ask about the O-Shot® for

  • Decreased libido (sex drive)
  • Stress urinary incontinence
  • Dryness & painful intercourse — from menopause or breast-cancer treatment
  • Decreased ability to orgasm
  • Urge urinary incontinence
  • Lichen sclerosus & lichen planus
  • Postpartum fecal incontinence
  • Chronic pain from childbirth trauma (episiotomy scars)
  • Chronic pain from mesh
  • Chronic interstitial cystitis

Every woman is different. A consultation with a certified provider determines whether this procedure may be appropriate for your situation.

Why women often suffer in silence

Many women experience sexual problems, urinary leakage, pain with intercourse, or changes after childbirth or menopause — and never talk with a physician about them. Some feel embarrassed. Others assume nothing can be done. Some asked for help once and were disappointed by limited options.

The numbers say otherwise about how alone you are:

1 in 20
Female sexual arousal disorder
1 in 10
Hypoactive sexual desire disorder
1 in 20
Female orgasmic disorder
Up to 1 in 5
Pain with sex (dyspareunia)

Incidence figures reported in Obstetrics & Gynecology, April 2011. Better sex isn’t a luxury: it correlates with more energy, confidence, and improved overall health.

What the O-Shot® is

The O-Shot® (Orchid Shot®) is a non-surgical procedure designed to enhance female sexual wellness and confidence. Platelet-rich plasma prepared from your own blood is injected into specific areas of the vaginal and clitoral tissue to stimulate natural collagen production, increase blood flow, and rejuvenate nerve endings. Many women report heightened sensitivity, improved lubrication, stronger orgasms, and relief from urinary incontinence.

  1. Numbing cream is applied — comfort first.
  2. A simple blood draw; we spin it down to concentrate your platelets.
  3. A precise, quick, virtually painless injection.
  4. You return to your day. Maximum effect arrives in 8–12 weeks.

Why it matters who does it

The O-Shot® is a specific, trademarked method — done the wrong way, results can be useless or worse. Only providers certified and in good standing with the Cellular Medicine Association appear in the official O-Shot® directory. Brighton Park is the only certified O-Shot® provider on that directory within 60 miles of Syracuse — and the only physician within 120 miles.

Emsella

If a sneeze, a laugh, or a jump rope has become a gamble — sit down. Stay fully clothed. Let the chair do the work.

Emsella uses focused electromagnetic energy to trigger supramaximal contractions of the entire pelvic floor — roughly 11,000 in a single 28-minute session, reaching muscles most of us never learn to isolate. Pregnancy, childbirth, menopause, and time all weaken this quiet foundation of the core; Emsella retrains it directly.

You sit on the chair fully dressed, feel a distinct tingling as the muscles work, then stand up and go on with your day. No undressing, no downtime. Because muscle responds to training, results build across a series — most patients complete six sessions over about three weeks. Many women pair Emsella with the O-Shot® — regeneration at the tissue level, strength at the structural level.

Density by Jeisys

If the face in the mirror is starting to look more tired than you feel — this is where skin gets told to rebuild.

Engineered in South Korea by Jeisys Medical — one of the most respected names in aesthetic energy devices — Density is a next-generation radiofrequency platform that delivers monopolar and bipolar RF sequentially, in a single pulse. Monopolar energy heats the deep foundational layers where laxity begins; bipolar works nearer the surface, where texture and tone live. The result is skin treated through its full thickness, prompted to build its own new collagen.

Comfort is designed in: five levels of cryogen cooling and real-time energy calibration keep the treatment warm rather than painful. No needles, no downtime — a flush that fades within hours, and firming that develops over the weeks that follow. Most patients need only one or two treatments, spaced months apart.

Losing weight on a GLP-1? Keep your face.

Rapid weight loss deflates facial fat faster than skin can adapt — the hollow cheeks and loose jawline people call “Ozempic face.” Density gives that skin a reason to keep up: by stimulating collagen through the skin’s full thickness, it helps maintain firmness and structure while the weight comes off — so you keep the result without wearing the process.

Shockwave & Joint Care

If knee or shoulder pain has you planning your day around it — choosing the chair with armrests, skipping the stairs — this is your room.

StemWave™ acoustic therapy

StemWave is a focused acoustic-wave device. It delivers gentle, targeted energy pulses into sore tissue — no incisions, no injections, no anesthesia. The waves stimulate circulation and the body’s own repair activity in the treated area, and sessions take about ten minutes. Many patients use it as a first, entirely non-invasive step; others pair a series with joint injections.

How StemWave works

What is PRP?

Platelet-rich plasma is prepared from a sample of your own blood, processed to concentrate platelets in plasma. Platelets carry signaling proteins and growth factors involved in the body’s normal response to tissue injury. PRP is not a stem-cell product, and it is not appropriate for every condition — outcomes depend on the indication, technique, and patient.

Precision joint injections

For knees and shoulders that need more, PRP can be placed precisely into the painful joint, where platelet growth factors participate in the body’s normal repair response. Injections are guided, quick, and performed without surgery or downtime.

For selected patients, we also discuss allogeneic human cell and tissue products — donor umbilical-derived biologics — candidly, with their evidence, limitations, and regulatory status reviewed at consultation.

Get ahead of the pain

Start with a StemWave mapping session — we find exactly where it hurts and map the right sequence from there.

Our Approach

What “Regenerative”
Means Here

The word gets used loosely. We don’t use it loosely.

Regenerative medicine is an evolving field focused on helping the body repair, replace, or restore damaged cells and tissues — spanning platelet-rich plasma, tissue engineering, and cellular and gene-based therapies. The promise is significant, but so is the need for care: not every product marketed as “regenerative” has been shown to be safe or effective for every advertised use.

At Brighton Park, the term describes a clinical and scientific interest in approaches that interact with the body’s own biology and repair response. We do not suggest that every device-based or supportive wellness service is itself a regenerative therapy. We do not equate PRP with stem-cell treatment. Each service is described according to what it is, what it is intended to do, and the evidence — and uncertainty — relevant to its use.

Every service begins with a consultation, where benefits, limitations, alternatives, and risks are reviewed. That honesty is the house style.
